Welcome, ladies! 🌷
During our 30-minute Zoom gathering, we will practice positive affirmations, explore the foundations of self-love, discuss self-care and mindfulness, and enjoy a special Plant a Plant activity to represent growth, patience, and self-love.
🌱 Please gather your plant activity materials before our meeting:
A small plant pot, cup, or recycled container with drainage if possible
